I just recieved my order this morning, and I called the training team together for a training session with the 3 defenders that you sent me, the defender 1, the and the swan we spent 2 hours training with each, a total of 6 hours, and what a tool, you described the tool and what it does
a lot of people think what a load of b/s but I can testify it does what it is supposed to we tried all combinations of attacks and the tool defeated all. we did 1on 1
2on 1 3 on 1 multiple attackes , kicks punches chokeholds grabs from the front side and rear and the defender defeated them all,
the defender is an exellent self defence tool it does not matter what size weight height you are the defender works if you follow the techniques in the dvd and also practice (safely) with a partner or Partners you will become very proficient in the use of the defender.
